So, the website must be capable of doing many things: be interactive, fun, easy to use and navigate, but also impressive to wealthy people, companies and banks who may invest in TNL. There will be many different visitors to the site who are interested in many different things. We are trying to: sell/rent property on this site, publicize TNL and retail tenants, attract people to shop on Newbury Street and show investors what a great, profitable project it is.

We do not have all the content and all the text we need for this website. But, we have the architecture of the website and know what features we need to make. We can build the structure of the website, and fill-in text later. It will say in the spec approximately how much space to save on each page for text. It will also say in the spec what will be on webpages, even if we do not have the content yet.
