Another day in Cannes @MAPIC meeting with European retailers and/or their brokers.  A very, very, positive experience as the number of retailers interested in Boston and in particular, Newbury Street is stunning.  2011 and 2012 will bring some exciting new retailers.

Last week we were in Milan, meeting with Altagamma, the consortium of high-end Italian retailers.   They too expressed strong interest in having some more of their members join the likes of Zegna, Valentino, & Loro Piana who are already on the Street.

The question we ask is, Where are the other Newbury Street owners?  Maybe they are content with their nail and hair salons?  We think Newbury Street deserves better.
